The New Millennium
Perhaps you have heard the term “the new millennium” but never really understood what the term referred to. The promise of this amazing time is foretold in both the New and Old Testaments, although it may be described using different names. Taken at face value, the term comes from two words: the first “mille” which means thousand followed by the word “annum” which means “year.” The term is literal; the term is real; the term is chronological, and the time it refers to is glorious is just ahead of us.
