Magnolia Hope . . . a place of healing

The magnolia flower is a symbol of dignity, nobility, and purity. When a young girl experiences the trauma of commercial sexual exploitation, dignity and purity feel like things she'll never get back. Our desire at Magnolia Hope is to see the lives of these young girls restored, and their status as noble daughters of the King realized.

The Problem
200-300,000 minors are believed to be victims of human trafficking each year in the United States. Of the nearly 26,500 runaways reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in 2020, 1 in 6 were believed to be victims of child sex trafficking. In the US, there are only approximately 200 beds available for minors recovering from child sex trafficking.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a place of support, healing, and hope for girlsnrecovering from commercial sexual exploitation.

Who We Are
Magnolia Hope is a long-term residential program in an undisclosed location serving girls recovered from domestic child sex trafficking. We focus on providing trauma-informed therapies, on-site schooling, life-skills training, art & health classes, and much more.

Our Directors
Michael and Abbie Arena, have a heart to see the lives of youth restored and their identity as sons and daughters of God realized. They have worked in youth ministry for over fifteen years and more recently with human trafficking survivors of all ages over the last five. Youth recovered from human trafficking situations need specialized care and the Arenas desire to offer just that at Magnolia Hope.
