Christmas 2023: Luke’s Search

While Paul was under house arrest in Caesarea waiting to be sent to Rome, his physician and friend Luke was free to seek out and interview those individuals who had known Jesus personally—including His half-brother James, John Mark, the apostle Peter, even His mother Mary. Luke had it in his heart to write an accurate account of the earthly life of the Lord. So much of what we know about the Christmas story comes from what he discovered, and his search for the real story of Jesus’ birth is the focus our Christmas Celebration 2023.
