We have to learn to conquer if we are going to possess all that is ours in our risen Lord. The church has often become the battlefield that Satan uses to destroy the work of God. And, of course, his main goal is to bring each person he destroys back into his kingdom and control them. Because of some failure on our part, a battle is lost, but one battle lost doesn’t mean that all is lost. What we do at this critical juncture may prove to be decisive in our becoming what God wants us to become.
